Once you have submitted the interest form, it will be reviewed by our admissions team. If you meet the requirements, you will receive an email confirmation of acceptance, which will provide you with access to the next steps in the enrollment process.

The assessment phase is where we evaluate your skills and proficiency; This step involves a series of tests and assessments that will be conducted online. The assessments will help us determine the appropriate program or course for you.

After successfully completing the assessments, you will be scheduled to meet with the Licensing Team.  Your assigned licensing coordinator will review important information and guided steps for completing the documents.

Once the documents are completed and reviewed by the Licensing Team, the Everise COI Mentor Team will reach out to get you started. The assigned mentor will work with you to ensure your study journey is successful, will provide access to study resources and schedule your state exam.

After passing the state exam, the Everise Licensing Team will work with the state to apply for your license.  Once your Insurance Producer License is approved and issued, you are ready to join a licensed program.

A.
Is the COI program to get me license so I can sell?
Correct. The COI program is to allow to get license, once you are license, you will be scheduled to move to one of our Licensed account to sell health insurance plan for Medicare eligible members.
B.
If I meet the commitment for completing and obtaining my license through selfstudy when will the incentive (up to $1000) be paid out?
  1. After completing the License Training and being Ready to sell, 50% paid in the payroll following month of hitting licensed program production, on the 2nd cycle of the month; remaining balance paid out after on 12/22 (Tranzact/Centene), 1/19 (UHC), 2/16 (Alight/AON).
  2. First half, payout for Training Attendance:
    1. 100% payout for 100% attendance
    2. 90% payout for 90% attendance
    3. 50% payout for less than 90%
    4. *must be an active employee at the time of payout
  3. Second half, 100% payout for Production Attendance:
    1. 100% payout for >=95% attendance
    2. 75% payout if 90-94.99% attendance
    3. 50% payout if 85-89.99% attendance
    4. *must be an active employee at the time of payout

If I am currently in a support role, am I guaranteed a support role in the Licensed Program?
If you are currently in a support role and wish to move to the Licensed program, you will need to submit your application for the support role through Workday Career portal. A Health License is required.

What will my new schedule look like?
We are hiring for multiple clients for licensed programs, a shift bid will be done during training. Recommend you get licensed as early as possible to get in early classes to build performance for shift bids. Some programs will be 7 days a week, some will only have weekends during actual AEP (10/7 to 12/7)

How long would it take to complete the pre-licensing material?

To successfully complete the pre-licensing material and be ready to test within 2-3 weeks of registering into the licensing material, the COI Mentor Team has developed the ideal progress map for your reference:


COI Steps to Success (Self-Study) Map:

  • Week 1. Day 1: ExamFx Access and Study – 10% Completion Rate.
  • Week 1. Day 2: 2 to 3 hours of study time – 23% Completion Rate.
  • Week 1. Day 3: 2 to 3 hours of study time – 36% Completion Rate.
  • Week 1. Day 4: 2 to 3 hours of study time – 49% Completion Rate.
  • Week 1. Day 5: 2 to 3 hours of study time – 62% Completion Rate.
  • Week 2. Day 1: 2 to 3 hours of study time – 75% Completion Rate.
  • Week 2. Day 2: 2 to 3 hours of study time – 88% Completion Rate.
  • Week 2. Day 3: 2 to 3 hours of study time – 100% Completion Rate.

If I pass on the second attempt, do I still get an incentive?
Yes. Passing on the second attempt within 3 weeks of being registered in the study material will qualify you for up to $350. Please review FAQ #2-A, B and C for additional details.

How much do I get If I pass on the first attempt?
Passing on the first attempt within 3 weeks of being registered in the study material will qualify you for up to $1000. Please review FAQ #2-A, B and C for additional details.

What does “Ready to Sell” requirement mean?
Complete all carrier appointing activities and certification(s) as needed based on your workplan. Ensuring you’ve completed all the necessary actions within the expected Training timeline helps us make sure you get your agreed COI incentive and pay in Production. The sooner you reflect as RTS, the better. It’s important to note that if you are still working on completing RTS activities including turning in all related Licensing documents, you have not completed this requirement even if you have exceeded the expected Training timeline. You’ll remain in Nesting phase while taking calls and working on certs.

What does it mean to have a P&C license?
A Property and Casualty Insurance License enables an insurance agent or broker to sell or negotiate property and casualty insurance policies that protect people and businesses from financial losses resulting from property damages, accidents, theft, bad weather conditions, and other covered events. This license allows you to sell property and casualty insurance products, such as homeowners, dwelling, national flood insurance program, earthquake, windstorm, automobile (personal and business, and workers compensation insurance).

If I am currently in a support role, am I guaranteed asupport role in the Licensed Program?
If you are currently in a support role and wish to move to the Licensed program, you can will need submit your application for the support role through Workday Career portal is required. We cannot guarantee you will get a support role just because you’re currently in a support role
